My faith has played a BIG part in my career and without daily prayer and divine intervention, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
I believe God works through weakness and when we plug into his supernatural power, we can accomplish our dreams and MORE.
Rebecca Senyard is Brisbane’s Award winning female plumber! She started her apprenticeship in 2006 and received her plumbing and drainage license early 2011. Rebecca received the Dux Qld Plumbing Apprentice and Australian Apprentice of the year consecutively in 2008 and 2009. She also received the “Judges Outstanding Achievement Award” in 2009 at the Construction Skills Queensland Training Excellence Awards. Recently, she was named the first ambassador for Women in Plumbing in QLD on World Plumbing Day, March 11 2016.
The Plumbette is Rebecca’s blog on all things plumbing and motherhood, including experiences working in a ‘man’s world’ and juggling life with 3 girls under 5. It’s Plumbing & Motherhood worth blogging about! This blog is written for men and women who haven’t a clue about plumbing and want to know more, for plumbers and apprentices who can relate to Rebecca’s experiences and for girls who wish to embark on a career as a plumber or in a male-dominant industry, while juggling motherhood at the same time.
