Wordless Wednesday – My reason to work

Magdalene loves looking up to her sister.

Today’s post is a bit more personal. My reason to work each week is to provide for these two gorgeous girls. I thank God EVERY day for blessing me with two beautiful daughters. It’s funny, when I was pregnant with Esther, I actually didn’t care what sex she was and it was the same for Magdalene too. And now having been their mum for 3 years and 7 months respectively, God knew what type of children would suit my temperament and I am so glad that he blessed me with daughters. My husband believed we would have daughters because he thinks that I am an inspiration to women being a female plumber and that our daughters have a great mum to look up to. These are his words not mine. I never looked at it that way. All I know is that I just love being their mum and they have brought so much joy into my life! I love my family.

I hope you have a blessed Wednesday. I’m linking up with My Little Drummer Boys for Wordless Wednesday.

I’d love to know what your family consists of? What are the ages of your children and do they get along?
